Ayurveda:
The Science of Holistic Healing
Ayurveda, meaning “The Science of Life,” is one of the world’s oldest systems of natural healing, developed in India over 3,000 years ago. Unlike modern medicine, which often focuses only on symptoms, Ayurveda seeks to restore balance at the root — harmonizing body, mind, and spirit.

According to Ayurveda, every person is born with a unique balance of three fundamental energies, or doshas:
Vata (air and space) — governs movement, circulation, and the nervous system
Pitta (fire and water) — governs metabolism, digestion, transformation
Kapha (earth and water) — governs stability, lubrication and structure

When these doshas are in balance, we experience health and vitality. When imbalanced, they can lead to illness or discomfort.
At Serenity Farm, we follow a classical Ayurvedic approach. Every guest’s journey begins with a detailed consultation to understand their natural constitution (prakriti) and any current imbalances (vikriti).

Based on this assessment, we create a personalized wellness plan combining therapies, herbal remedies, dietary guidance, and lifestyle recommendations — all designed to support natural healing and long-term well-being.
Here, Ayurveda is practiced in its true spirit: with care, authenticity, and a deep respect for nature’s wisdom.
